§1 General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions define the rules for placing orders, concluding sales agreements, order fulfillment, payments, delivery, withdrawal from the contract, and complaints.

§2 Types of Products

The Store offers two types of products:

  1. Made-to-order products – produced after the order is placed and payment is received.
  2. Ready to Ship products – items available in stock.

§3 Placing Order

  1. Orders may be placed 24 hours a day.
  2. Full prepayment (100% of the product price) is required.
  3. The sales agreement is concluded when the Seller confirms acceptance of the order via email.

§4 Prices and Payments

  1. All prices are stated in euro (EUR) and include VAT.
  2. The Store accepts payments via:
    • bank transfer (EUR)
    • Stripe (card payments)
    • PayPal
  3. Order processing begins after full payment has been received.

§5 Production Time and Delivery

  1. Made-to-order products are completed within 2–14 business days from the moment the payment is credited.
  2. During periods of increased demand (e.g. Black Friday, promotional campaigns), the production time may be extended, but not longer than 60 business days.
  3. Ready to Ship products are dispatched within 1–3 business days.
  4. Delivery is carried out via courier companies. Delivery time depends on the selected carrier.
  5. Shipping costs are indicated during checkout.

§6 Sizes

  1. Products are made exclusively based on the size chart available in the Store.
  2. The Customer is responsible for selecting the correct size.
  3. Differences in fit resulting from individual body shape do not constitute a defect if the product was made according to the selected size.

§7 Right of Withdrawal

  1. Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving a Ready to Ship product.
  2. The right of withdrawal does not apply to made-to-order products, in accordance with Article 38(3) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act.
  3. Returned products must not show signs of use and must be returned in original condition.
  4. The Customer bears the cost of return shipping.

§8 Complaints

  1. The Seller is liable for any lack of conformity of the product with the contract in accordance with applicable law

§9 Personal Data

§10 Returns and Withdrawal from the Contract

  1. In the event of withdrawal from the contract, products should be returned to the following address:

§11 Final Provisions

  1. The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions for valid legal or organizational reasons.
  2. Matters not regulated herein shall be governed by Polish law.
  3. These Terms enter into force on the date of publication.
