Information on the right to withdraw from the agreement concluded at a distance

As a consumer you are entitled to withdraw from the agreement concluded with the Online Shop within 14 days without providing any reason. The period during which you may withdraw from the agreement expires 14 days after you or a person appointed by you other than the forwarder has received the goods. In order to exercise the right to withdraw from the agreement, you need to notify us of your decision to cancel the agreement by submitting a clear statement (for example, a letter sent by post or an email). The statement may be sent for example:

• in writing to the following address: Kamaprops sp. z o.o, Lotnicza 34, 26-001 Masłów Pierwszy, POLAND;

• to the email address: info@kamaprops.com

A sample form of withdrawal from the agreement is included in Attachment 2 to the Act on Consumer’s Rights and it is also an attachment to the regulations of the Online Shop. You may fill in this sample form, although it is not obligatory.

In order to comply with the period of withdrawal from the agreement, you need to send the information on the execution of your right to withdraw from the agreement before the time limit expires.

If you withdraw from the agreement, we will return all the payments for the products received from you (excluding shipping cost) immediately and not later than 14 days from the date of informing us on your decision to execute the right to withdraw from this agreement. The payment will be returned with the use of the same means of payment used by you in the initial transaction, unless you consented to a different means of payment; in any case, you will not bear any costs connected with the return. We may suspend the return of payment until we have received the goods or until you have submitted the evidence of sending them back, whichever comes first.

If you received the purchased item, please send it back or deliver it to the following address: Lotnicza 34, 26-001 Masłów Pierwszy, POLAND, immediately or not later than 14 days from the date of informing us on your decision to withdraw from the agreement. You will comply with the time limit if you send the item back before the expiry of the 14-day period. You will need to bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You will be liable only for the decrease in value of the item due to its use in a way other than it is necessary to prove the value, features and the functioning of the item.

The provisions concerning the consumer and contained in this notice have applied since 1 January 2021 to agreements concluded since that date and also to the buyer as a natural person concluding an agreement directly connected with his/her business activity if it is stated in the agreement that it does not have a professional character for this person, arising, in particular, from the subject of his/her business activity provided on the basis of the provisions of the Central Register and Information on Business Activity.

In the case of exporting goods to countries outside the European Union, returns are not accepted due to the costs related to customs duties.

Bodysuits as underwear are non-returnable.
